    being inside all the time can effect your mood a lot because you are not getting all the necessary vitamins that you can get from being outside. i noticed by spending more time outside my mood changed for the better. this is one of the many actions i will continue to do daily

    i feel like if i shop at the local farmers market more often it would help improve my health since i am buying organic and unprocessed foods

    i really love to skateboard and play lacrosse, I've been doing both these things almost all my life and they help me bet exercise while doing them

    a way that i could incorporate other personal values in my exercise routine is by doing workouts with people i am close with and engaging in conversation while working out

      I will incorporate quality time with friends during my normal exercise time by asking more of my teammates to share a lane together. Not only would this allow us to chat about personal things during the time given at swim practice but also allow us to share an experience together.

    The US spends roughly 20% of its federal budget on defense. In contrast, 2% goes to education, 20% goes to social security and just 3% goes to transportation infrastructure. Do these numbers surprise you at all? Why or why not? How would you adjust them if you could?

    the fact that education and public transportation only get 5% of the us budget because those two things are some of the most important things we have

    well, we can not survive without water at all so that's the biggest benefit.
    water also keeps us hydrated and helps us every day

    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    one barrier is that many restaurants won't let you use your own bottle and require you to use their own cups. one thing you can do to prevent this is just filling up your water at home and then bringing it in.
