    Name some of the human activities impacting the health of water systems, both locally (your watershed) and globally (freshwater and oceans). What can you do to improve the health of water systems?

    Some human activities impacting the health of water systems are toilets, showers, and sinks. I can improve the health of water systems by only using water when necessary and being careful not to waste water for no reason at all.

      This is very true, I did not realize how much water toilets use/ store. It would definitely be a good goal to try to take five minute showers to conserve water and use less of it too!

    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    The barriers keeping me from using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water are access and mindset. I can make this a permeant habit by teaching myself to only use reusable bottles and tap water in the future without any use of a water bottle.
