Usually, I tend to use 2-3 straws a day because I don't like drinking out of cups that don't have straws but I started using a reusable straw that I can carry around and reuse consistently.

I typically go to bed at 11 pm and I wake up at 7:30 am. I would like to go to bed at 10:30 pm.

I agree with Father Thomas Berry's assertion, I think that celebrating the universe and the beauties of it is a sacred thing that deserves to be celebrated.

Creativity is a necessary ingredient for practicing simplicity because sometimes it does not easily come by, and one needs to take creative measures to reach simplicity.

I think learning to love oneself can help fill the void that a lot of people use mindless consumption to fill. If even a few people consume less because they have less of a void to fill then this is worth it.
