I'm not really sure how i could personally change anything with the farming and building roads besides addressing it or make it more known how damaging doing some of those things really are to the water

October 2 at 7:26 PMIt was easier for me to find something to replace my screen time with today. I spent time outside, cleaning up the garden by the Fine Arts Center with the Environmental Club. I talked with people while doing it too. Usually, I like to read my book to replace screen time.

October 2 at 11:13 AMYes, this does ring true. Being outside almost always boosts my mood and provides a good place for meditation and reflection. Spending more time indoors disconnects you from nature/the outside world.
