It is more difficult than I thought to have no meat in my meals. It is especially hard for me to have a vegan meal. Still amazing food though!

Turning off my lights and my fan when I am not in the room. I could also unplug everything when I am not using them.

Working out helps me clear my mind and focus on myself rather than what I have to do that day. I love going for long walks because it allows me to reflect on myself and gives me time by myself.

I feel connected with others when I am helping others within the community or working with the community.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Transportation
Take a moment to think of places you frequent often (work, grocery store, school, natural areas). Could you choose one or two days a week to schedule driving with a friend, neighbor or co-worker to these places?

I visit my sorority house at least 2-3 times a week, and I can ride with the other girls who don't live in the house, so there are fewer cars on the road. My roommates and I can also plan weekly trips to the grocery store instead of all going separately throughout the week.
