    Exercising each day makes me feel more productive and focused. I enjoy doing group cycling and playing basketball, but a nice run or good walk are enjoyable too.

    I have been trying to eat less meat for about 3 years now. I occasionally will eat meat if it is in a food prepared for me, but I often don't seek foods with red meat. I enjoy chicken, but I can live without it.
