November 20 at 1:12 PMI think my challenge is going pretty well, although it is more challenging than I thought it would be. It is such a small habit that is kind of hard to break, of not turning off my lights when I leave my dorm. Especially my desk lamp or light because it's across the room from the door.

November 20 at 12:20 PMThis is going well, it is more challenging than I had imagined. I have enjoyed this so far because it is a way to hold me accountable to exercise, and get outside.

November 20 at 8:50 AMListening to a nature podcast for a few minutes in my day has been a relaxing and comforting way to learn more about the environment. So far it’s going well and I’m noticing more things about the local wildlife and feeling connected with nature.

November 20 at 7:01 AMIv been able to connect with nature more and also conserve energy, this makes me feel proud and starting to be more mindful with what I do to help the earth.

By celebrating the dawn, sunset, and seasons, we deepen our relationship with the planet and recognize our place within the universe. This perspective encourages gratitude, mindfulness, and a sense of belonging...

November 20 at 6:55 AMI have started to be more mindful about the electricity that I use, mainly with turning off computers, lights, and fans when I leave my dorm. This has helped me be more mindful of my impact on the environment by reminding me often.
-
November 20 at 5:55 AMI’ve been walking and even biking more instead of driving. It’s not just better for the environment, but I also find it to be more enjoyable.
-
November 20 at 5:15 AMI have been spending more time outside. I have found interesting that you miss a lot of things like sound and how animals interact with the environment when you don't pay attention such as being on your phone.
-
November 19 at 10:00 PMI am planning my meals by buying ingredients like chicken and rice, or bread and sandwich meat, so I can make my own meals in my room and save resources.
