    Eating as many fruits and vegetables as I can in a day increases the nutrients, vitamins and minerals I am consuming and my body needs to think well, excercise, move and live life at my best.     I think my sustainability class inspired me by showing me how much of an impact global warming and pollution can negatively affect the environment and how it's easier and better to transition into sustainable energy.

    I did walk two trails before with my friends and where planning to walk a third one at Halloween for fun and I find it a great experience to walk in these trails since it allows you to feel how it is to walk more openly in nature which allows you to get a more authentic feel of it.

    I think I need to focus a bit more into completing more newer challenges to gain more points and branch out more so that I can improve more. I also believe I should try to do more posts more often to further increase my points.
