    Consider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What changes did you make to improve your sleep, and how did they affect your day?

    I would like to be more consistent in my sleep schedule to get a good amount of sleep to perform better throughout the day. I find it easier to focus and tackle problems easier when I'm well rested making sleep important to do my best.

    How do you experience your neighborhood or city differently when walking instead of driving?

    When walking I can take in the sights like the greenery near my area or even the lake which allows myself to better appreciate nature.

    Celebrating the sunset can allow us to be more appreciative and connected with earth by seeing its beauty in action and how the earth changes like how each season leads to environmental changes like how the sunset involves a change in day and night through a transitional process.

    It can be helpful to health by reducing stress and it can be helpful to the environment by affecting your mentality to be more positive and caring.

    I love when I am able to take a walk every day, it really helps me clear my mind and make me a lot happier.

    I have commited to making sure my breakfast is fully organic, I have organic eggs, and fruit, and organic parm cheese. it is simple but is good to know this is one thing I can control.

    I think this is a great quote, we should celebrate eveything in our life. I do blieve our purpose is to celebrate evything!

    I do not own a car so this statistic doesn't really apply to me, i hope to live somewhere in the future where I can walk to more things!

    I shared about the documentary I am presenting on next week on social media, and so many people were interested in watching it!! it made me so happy because this documentary is all about sustainable lifestyles.
