    I can often get at least 7 hours of sleep, but I would like to establish a much more consistent bedtime routine.

    I have actually been noticing a trend in myself as I continue to do these challenges: I am eating all of my food. Because I don't want to waste, I literally eat everything off of my plate. Now, I've actually seen my mood improving in more ways than one!

    I just joined a volunteering organization as an intern! It's now being able to help the community and how my impact can be very meaningful in that way. It's called the Western Farm Worker's Association if anyone is curious!

    I love that we are doing this, it helps me stay intentional in what I'm doing, and I appreciate that.

    What I noticed is that when I'm not connected to my phone, I'm way more present and able to focus and relax fully. The last couple of weeks, my family has been sick, so TV is the go-to. Instead, I decided to turn on music in the background and have coloring time and LEGO time.

    It had a good impact, and it always makes me feel good. The recipient I would think, maybe feels like there is still hope for humanity, and small acts of kindness can really bring people together. What surprised me was how grateful the lady was, she almost hugged me, she was so kind, and I felt like I was just doing my duty to help.

    Some other things would be to unplug my coffee pot at night or before I leave the house, and any other small appliances that take up energy while no one is using them.

    I'm not entirely sure how my electricity is generated other than it comes from PGE. Maybe from a dam? I think it would impact the animals in the water first.
