I produce the most carbon from my diet, which is high in meat, including beef. I am willing to eat less meat, and especially less beef, to reduce this output

The fact that energy is so important to our modern lives means that there is a lot of work to be done to make it sustainable while keeping a similar quality of life.

These are the fruits and veggies I eat and love: Okra, cauliflower, potatoes, green beans, broccoli, carrots, apples, banana, oranges, watermelon. They are tasty and healthy!

The long distance and domestic flights that I take in a year (not that many, may be one or two of each) add to the carbon most. Also, having the air conditioner on for a long time is a carbon adding item! I feel more energized after my shower. Maybe it's the fact I feel better about my water usage but I found myself sleeping a lot better.
