    I see how the area isn't as walkable as I thought. Most of the sidewalks near me are run down or are not there meaning you would have to walk on the shoulder of a busy road.

    When grocery shopping I do use the plastic bags for produce/meat. I could substitute them for a reusable mesh bag or no bag at all.

    The main water supply is ground water. I found that out by going to the U.S. Geological Survey’s website.

    These number don’t surprise me because although most major cities have a decent public transportation system, it is underused for the number of people living in that area. If possible, I would make it more accessible and convenient to help the appeal.

    When buying new things or looking through my closet, I should decide if this item is something that I will use often and for a long time, and if not, I shouldn’t buy it/get rid of it.

    I would like to become more consistent in when I sleep, so I can create a routine and make sure I get at least 7hrs of sleep each night.

    You can incorporate other personal values by inviting a friend/family member to join you on your walk to spend quality time with them and also enjoying nature.

    Some barriers may include accessibility to water to refill your water bottle, and some tap water may not be safe for consumption. You can make this a permanent habit by make it a priority to grab your water bottle before you leave or always have it with you.
