September 23 at 11:36 AMI see how the area isn't as walkable as I thought. Most of the sidewalks near me are run down or are not there meaning you would have to walk on the shoulder of a busy road.

September 19 at 8:14 PMSome barriers may include accessibility to water to refill your water bottle, and some tap water may not be safe for consumption. You can make this a permanent habit by make it a priority to grab your water bottle before you leave or always have it with you.
