I always keep a mug at home and sometimes carry one with me

I always carry a reusable water bottle around with me in order to prevent myself from buying bottles beverages

Spent a night out fishing with friends instead of usually staying home and watching tv

Spent a lot of time outside for a field lab collecting water samples and collecting chlorophyll

Been doing some thrifting and upcycling this week which is something I really love doing.

I really wish I could walk to more places here in Honolulu. In Europe we have a big walking culture but here, everyone drives everywhere and the cities infrastructure is adapted for the cars. So when I've tried to go for a longer walk or run here, more then half of the time is spent waiting at traffic lights.

I have saved all of my cans and bottles and want to recycle them. In Sweden almost every single grocery store has the ability to recycle, but not here. I have to go on the bus for 30min to the closest recycling place. Not having easy access to recycling places does not promote recycling unfortunately.

I spend the last hour before bed off my phone and I have been sleeping so much better and falling asleep earlier and faster

I saw a beautiful rainbow today and sat and thought about how lucky I am to be where I am right now.
