    I usually dont take long showers, 10 minutes max so I set a timer to make sure that I did not go over 5 minutes.

      Eating less meat positively affects the environment because livestock, cows especially, are a large source of carbon dioxide emissions. Additionally, livestock manure, especially chicken, is a major source of water contamination.

    It wasn’t hard to get myself to do other things than be in my phone for me it gave me real motivation to get stuff done

    You can use solar power, it is the best way to use solar and it’s eco friendly. You can also use natural light to light your house during the day

    For starters you can stop leaving the lights on when you leave a room. You can also turn the thermostat off when you leave for a weekend

    I googled about where our food comes from today and it was very fascinating
