July 28 at 9:49 AMBefore I started this challenge I knew that I had a sugar craving, what's been nice is now that I'm eating less refined sugar I've been focusing more on natural fruits and with that getting more fiber as well so WIN WIN!!

July 22 at 5:29 PMToday was tough. I'm travelling for work and working through some craziness, so making time to be outside and make plastic free choices was not easy. My reusable cups that I carry kept me hydrated and plastic free!

I was able to meet my local farm from the farmers market that I utilize weekly, I learned about what they do and now have more purchase options to expand my local food resources.

July 21 at 10:29 AMThis weekend I finally went through one of our guest closests to purge all the items/clothes that I haven't utilized since 6 years ago. Did I want it all? Yes. Did I need it all? No. I was able to repurpose the clothes for the "Just For One Project" for high school teens who are less fortunate and also "CASA" and "DRESS...

July 21 at 9:55 AMOne way I can reduce my impact on nature is by making sure I pack out everything I bring in, including food scraps and other waste. Leaving no trash behind helps keep natural areas clean, protects wildlife from consuming human food, and preserves the experience for other visitors. It also prevents pollution from entering local ecosystems and...

July 16 at 2:40 PMI enjoy walking and pilates the most. They help quiet my brain and be more productive because I was active.
