April 6 at 2:02 PMLocal Markets and popups are a great way to provide access to seasonal produce for a communnity. Volunteering at the KCC farmers market was a way I was able to contribute to this; helping a family owned stand sell fresh seasonal products.

April 2 at 1:11 AMToday, I’ve been trying to walk instead of using a car whenever I can.I also organize my fridge and cook meals using what I already have to reduce food waste. I think these small changes are helping me become more environmentally friendly.

March 30 at 3:33 PMHave a friend that runs a coconut stand at the KCC farmers market and another aquantince that works at a juice stand there. I have been going every other saturday and buying things from their stands. I think it does more good than harm because the ingredients are all organic and are 100% juice from real fruits

March 25 at 1:53 PMIve been stepping on sea urchins alot and usually the pain goes away after a week but i had one that kept hurting after a few months so I got a check up, it felt nice to know whats going on and Im glad i had the opportunity to ask my doctor about diet, exercise and other stuff
