I’ve been trying to cook more at home lately and use what I already have to reduce food waste. It’s not perfect, but I feel like I’m becoming more mindful little by little. Trying to stay consistent!

Because it ensures that natural, social, and economic systems can coexist without one being overused or damaged, when balance is maintained, resources are used responsibly so they can continue to support life for future generations

Today, I’ve been trying to walk instead of using a car whenever I can.I also organize my fridge and cook meals using what I already have to reduce food waste. I think these small changes are helping me become more environmentally friendly.

Have a friend that runs a coconut stand at the KCC farmers market and another aquantince that works at a juice stand there. I have been going every other saturday and buying things from their stands. I think it does more good than harm because the ingredients are all organic and are 100% juice from real fruits
