November 30 at 5:44 PMWhile I was home, I had more access to meatless meal options. For breakfast, I had eggs, which was a great source of protein.

November 11 at 2:40 PMOne barrier would include how my bubbler is sometimes on the red level (unsafe drinking water), but when that happens I usually try to find a different bubbler. I could make this habit permanent by never buying plastic water bottles again or accepting them.
