    Taking a walk each day has greatly improved my overall mood. It makes me feel accomplished, as I know that I am doing something good for my body. It also gives me the opportunity to engage with nature and be appreciative of my surroundings.

    My daily challenge is to write down three things I am grateful for every day. Today I am grateful for clean drinking water, fruit, and the opportunity to further my education.

      Hi Sarah! Thank you for sharing. I didn't select it as a challenge since I already try to write down or acknowledge things I am grateful for daily/weekly but I love hearing about what other people are enjoying. I agree with your items, I love love fruit so much! And I am so thankful for clean water and for the opportunity to further my education.
