    Overall, this eco-challenge has been going very well. I have enjoyed walking more, especially with the weather being nice most of the days! I am starting to average about 4. 5 miles every day. I definitely think walking more has made me more happy.

    My campus ecochallenge has been great and has helped me out a lot to learn new tricks on helping myself and the enviroment.

    After the first couple of days I did not feel too good, but I started to feel the change.

    Yes I was addicted to sugar. After a couple of days without sugar I feel better.

    I have driven less miles than I normally do, and have used less plastic straws. I am enjoying time outside and watching the sun set.

    I joined the eco challenge to better understand my affect on the world around me. I wanted to participate in actions that helped the environment. As someone who spends a lot of time outside, I enjoy taking care of nature.

    When you walk instead of driving, you get to see your city in a different light. Since you take more time to get to your destination, you get to take in the scenery around you more and you learn to appreciate the little things that make nature beautiful.

    One of the best ways to exercise is in a group of people you are friends with. I incorporate personal values like spending time with friends into this challenge by going to the gym with them whenever I work out.
