    A barrier i can think of that prevents me from using reusable bottles is that sometimes I don't have a bottle with me, and I am thirsty, so I end up buying a plastic bottle that isn't reusable. I can prevent this by keeping a reusable bottle in my car.

    If I don't have many things I would probably just carry them. However, if there are many things and I can't take the cart out of the store, I would end up buying a reusable bag. In order to prevent these situations, I will keep reusable bags in my car and purse.

    What best helped with my Mindfulness Practice was an app called Mindfulness Coach. Mindfulness practices before bed help me to fall asleep and sleep better.

    A sense of gratitude does lead to a sense of moral obligation because when you are grateful for something, you feel as though you must protect it. We can cultivate a sense of gratitude as individuals, and as a society by practicing meditation and a positive mindset.

    I'm grateful for the rain, the changing colors, the flora and fauna, and the intricacies of natural ecosystems.

    I observed several trees in my neighborhood dropping red and orange leaves, several people walking around with dogs and dirt paths. It smelled of fog as it was a particularly foggy morning.

    I'm not a spiritual person; but, I do feel the most at peace when I am out in nature. I have always enjoyed spending time outside and found it very regenerative. I believe that a culture that spends most of its time indoors is not only missing out but may fail to see the big picture that nature frequently paints.

    I would like to go to bed a lot earlier. I am finding that putting my phone on do not disturb earlier helps me want to stay off my phone and go to bed earlier.

    Steps to reduce electricity usage is unplugging unused appliances as well as using the thermostat the least amount as possible, opt to opening windows instead.

    I have been planning my meals for the week on Mondays and going grocery shopping Tuesdays which has made this challenge easier
